Lead / Principal / Senior Full Stack Developer

About the role

The Land Transport Authority (LTA) is seeking a Lead / Principal / Senior Full Stack Developer to join its development team and build secure, scalable and resilient cloud-based digital solutions. The role covers software development, low-code/no-code delivery, cloud services setup, system integration and application security operations, contributing to a central platform for engineering project information sharing and collaboration across rail and road infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, enhance and maintain scalable, resilient and secure low-code/no-code platforms and responsive web, workflow and mobile solutions
• Integrate machine learning models, APIs and cloud AI services into production applications
• Build applications on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform, including microservices, containerised apps and serverless functions, and set up CI/CD pipelines with DevSecOps teams
• Support security operations: vulnerability assessment and penetration testing, patch management, incident response, secure coding, access control and audit logging
• Design, implement and maintain REST/SOAP APIs and integration solutions with internal teams, government agencies and vendors
• Work in agile environments (Scrum or Kanban) and take part in ceremonies and sprint planning

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• At least 3 years of experience in software development, cloud-based application delivery or application operations
• Experience in low-code/no-code platforms and hands-on experience setting up environments on AWS, Azure and/or GCP
• Knowledge of application security operations, including VA/PT coordination, vulnerability remediation and patch management
• Preferred: BIM lifecycle knowledge, CDE concepts, cloud or low-code/no-code certification, and API design experience
