Lead Project Manager - Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Projects

About the role

NCS, an AI tech services company and subsidiary of the Singtel Group, is looking for a Lead Project Manager to oversee and deliver large-scale, complex infrastructure and cybersecurity projects for a government agency. The role provides strategic direction, mentors project teams, manages key client relationships and ensures projects meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multi-million dollar infrastructure and cybersecurity projects, covering the full project lifecycle and managing scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk
• Drive standardization of project management methods across project portfolios and coordinate with technical teams across networking, servers, storage, common services and cybersecurity
• Oversee VAPT workflows, including scoping, execution, remediation tracking and reporting
• Serve as the primary executive point of contact for key clients, run executive project reviews and governance meetings, and escalate critical issues with recommended solutions
• Lead, mentor and coach project managers, coordinators and technical team members, and conduct performance reviews
• Set up project governance, ensure compliance with frameworks such as IM8, ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, PDPA and CCoP, and maintain project documentation
• Identify service expansion opportunities, contribute to proposals and pre-sales, and stay current with infrastructure and cybersecurity trends

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of IT project management experience, with at least 3-5 years in a lead, senior or management capacity
• Proven track record of delivering multi-million dollar infrastructure and security transformation projects
• Experience in enterprise, government, regulated or public sector environments, and with IT contracts in legacy and cloud managed service settings
• Project financial management experience with direct P&L impact and budget accountability
• Background in implementing centralized project governance and corporate strategy alignment
