Lead / Senior Product Manager, Digital Solutions

About the role

LTA is looking for a Lead / Senior Product Manager for its digital solutions team. You will lead the vision, strategy, delivery and continuous improvement of LTA's strategic digital platform for built environment systems, which acts as a central hub for project information management, collaboration and engineering data sharing across LTA, contractors, consultants and government agencies. The role drives product innovation, user adoption and digital transformation across rail and road infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Define the product vision, roadmap and strategy, aligning with LTA's digital transformation and BIM initiatives, and partner with senior stakeholders to prioritise product investments.
• Engage business users, project teams, contractors, consultants and government agencies to turn their needs into product requirements, and champion user-centric design and adoption through change management.
• Lead cross-functional teams (Product Managers, UX/UI designers, business analysts, data engineers, software engineers) through discovery, prototyping, POCs and pilots, and oversee Agile delivery.
• Manage the product lifecycle, including migration from legacy systems, modernisation, onboarding of new projects and maintaining scalability and maintainability.
• Monitor product performance indicators and adoption metrics, and explore AI, automation and data analytics to improve productivity and decision-making.
• Ensure solutions are secure and compliant with government ICT policies, cybersecurity and data governance requirements, and oversee operational governance such as access and log reviews.
• Lead and govern vendors and system integrators, manage budgets and contracts, and ensure knowledge transfer to LTA teams.

Required profile

• Knowledge in IT, computer science, engineering, business or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in product management, digital transformation, technology delivery or enterprise platforms.
• Proven track record leading large-scale digital products from strategy through delivery and operations.
• Experience with agile product delivery and multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Digital product management, design thinking and user-centred design.
• BIM lifecycle and Common Data Environment (CDE) concepts.
• Enterprise platforms for project management, document management, engineering or construction.
• Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern application architectures.
• API integration, data platforms, analytics and AI-enabled solutions.
• Stakeholder management, governance, cybersecurity compliance and operational reliability.
