Lead Solution Architect (3PL)

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Solution Architect to design and deliver scalable Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions for our 3PL customers across Singapore. The role bridges business needs, technology, and operations to enable efficient, automated logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement WMS solutions that support multi‑site operational requirements.
• Collaborate with customers, operations, IT, and vendors to translate business requirements into functional and technical designs.
• Lead integration of WMS with ERP, OMS, TMS, carrier systems, customer platforms and reporting tools.
• Integrate automation technologies such as WCS/WES, conveyors, sortation systems, robotics and AMRs.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from solution design, testing, deployment, go‑live, hyper‑care to post‑implementation stabilisation.
• Ensure architectures meet standards for scalability, security, availability, performance, business continuity and reliability.
• Support pre‑sales and solutioning activities while driving technology standardisation and digital innovation across contract logistics.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience designing and delivering solutions in a 3PL environment.
