Lead UI/UX Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Lead UI/UX Designer to shape intuitive, user‑centred digital experiences for web and mobile applications. The role blends user research, wireframing, prototyping and collaboration with Agile product teams to deliver accessible, high‑quality designs that meet both business and user objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design user journeys, wireframes, mock‑ups and interactive prototypes for web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct user research and usability testing, turning insights into actionable design solutions.
• Work closely with Product Owners, developers, QA and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Apply user‑centred design principles from discovery through implementation and launch.
• Present design concepts, rationale and recommendations to stakeholders and contribute to design systems and UX best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of UX/UI or product design experience with a strong portfolio of web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD and Miro.
• Solid understanding of user‑centred design, design thinking, usability testing and user research.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams alongside product owners, developers and QA.
