Lead Videographer & Editor

About the role

The Lead Videographer & Editor will own the full video production cycle for TouchMarket and its clients, creating high‑quality visual content that supports branding, marketing and communication goals. You will work on a variety of projects, from corporate interviews to short‑form social videos, and collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end video projects, handling pre‑production planning, shooting, and post‑production delivery.
• Develop shot lists, storyboards, production schedules and creative concepts for client campaigns, product features, events and training material.
• Operate professional cameras, lighting, audio and gimbal equipment on location across Singapore, often solo.
• Direct on‑camera talent and any crew, ensuring proper framing, lighting and sound quality.
• Edit footage using industry‑standard software, applying colour correction, audio mixing, motion graphics and visual effects.
• Optimise final videos for multiple platforms such as social media, websites, digital ads and presentations.
• Maintain equipment inventory, storage and upkeep.

Required profile

• Proven track record leading video productions from concept to delivery (portfolio/show‑reel required).
• Strong creative eye for pacing, framing and short‑form storytelling.
• Highly organised, reliable and able to manage projects and deadlines independently.
• Own transport is an advantage for island‑wide shoots.

Required skills

• Professional video camera operation, gimbal, lighting and wireless audio.
• Advanced editing in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Colour correction, audio mixing, motion graphics and visual effects.
• Video optimisation for social platforms (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
