Learning & Development Intern – E‑Learning Designer

About the role

Join Shopee’s Regional Learning & Development team as an E‑Learning Intern. You will help design, build, and maintain digital learning experiences that reach thousands of employees across the globe, supporting the People Team’s mission to grow talent.

Key responsibilities

• Convert existing training materials into e‑learning formats (PDF, SCORM) using Articulate Rise.
• Assist with localisation of e‑learning content through Smartcat translation tools.
• Create visual assets such as graphics and infographics to enhance learner engagement.
• Review and edit graphic designs, ensuring technical accuracy before publishing.
• Maintain LMS course content, track enrollment and attendance, and report learning hours.
• Analyse course effectiveness using assessment scores, sign‑up rates, and post‑course surveys, generating regular performance reports.
• Support day‑to‑day Learning Portal administration and operations.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Available for a full‑time internship (3‑6 months) or part‑time (minimum three days per week).
• Detail‑oriented, able to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience or willingness to learn Articulate Rise.
• Familiarity with Smartcat translation platform.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and storyboarding is a plus.
