Learning & Development Internship – Human Resources (Jan‑Jun 2027)

About the role

Join PwC’s Human Capital team as a Learning & Development Intern, supporting the design, delivery and administration of training programmes across the firm from January to June 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for learning programmes, including scheduling courses, managing enrolments and handling logistics.
• Coordinate communication with participants, instructors and internal stakeholders regarding course details.
• Maintain accurate training records and databases.
• Support in‑person and virtual classroom sessions by setting up rooms, tracking attendance and preparing materials.
• Assist with vendor and facilitator coordination as needed.
• Support implementation and optimisation of L&D technology solutions such as Learning Management Systems and digital learning platforms.
• Participate in L&D technology projects, including process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Compile and analyse usage and engagement data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare management and training reports, handling and analysing training‑related data responsibly.
