Learning & Development Trainer – Contact Centre

About the role

The Learning & Development Trainer will design, deliver and evaluate training programs for contact centre staff, supporting TDCX’s mission to provide excellent service to partner brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement training policies, procedures, and programs.
• Design and develop training modules based on individual, departmental and company needs.
• Deliver and assess in‑house training programs.
• Evaluate effectiveness of training and recommend improvements.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis and improve staff performance.
• Maintain accurate training records for compliance and reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum GCE ‘A’ level or Diploma.
• At least three years’ experience handling contact centre cases.
• Strong supervisory and communication skills.
• Experience in curriculum development and course material review.
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods and e‑content design.

Required skills

• E‑content design development.
• Proficiency with computers and multiple systems.
