About the role
The Learning Specialist for Hospitality Training & Quality Assurance will design, deliver and evaluate training programmes that elevate service standards across our luxury food & beverage operations. Working closely with department heads and the Quality Assurance team, you will ensure that learning initiatives align with organisational goals and drive continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to assess learning needs and develop training strategies that support departmental objectives.
- Design, curate and maintain training materials, including online resources and knowledge‑management documentation.
- Lead post‑training evaluation sessions, gather feedback and refine programmes accordingly.
- Monitor the annual training budget and assist in planning the next year’s budget.
- Participate in internal Quality Assurance inspections, analyse findings and translate them into targeted learning interventions.
- Contribute to creative communication plans and improve HTQA collateral designs.
- Promote the brand’s service culture, ensure compliance with safety policies and support employee engagement initiatives.
Required profile
- Minimum GCE O Level; a diploma or qualification in Hospitality Management is an advantage.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar learning or training role within the hospitality sector.
- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays as required.
- Strong command of spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Effective presentation and facilitation abilities.
