Leasing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Leasing Executive to join our real‑estate team in Singapore. You will be responsible for identifying, negotiating and finalising lease agreements for retail and commercial properties while supporting our commitment to integrity and community service.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential tenants through market research, networking and outreach.
• Negotiate lease terms for new leases and renewals.
• Prepare and finalise lease agreements and related documentation.
• Conduct competitive market research and analysis to track industry trends.
• Liaise with tenants and building occupants on leasing and tenancy matters.

Required profile

• Degree in Real Estate, Business or a related discipline.
• RES License preferred.
• Approximately 3 years of experience in retail/commercial leasing (entry‑level candidates are welcome).
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
