About the role
As a Leasing Manager (Retail) you will lead leasing initiatives, mentor team members, and build a robust network of potential tenants to drive new leasing opportunities for our retail portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential tenants through market research, networking and outreach.
- Negotiate lease terms for new leases and renewals.
- Finalise lease agreements and related leasing documentation.
- Conduct competitive market research and analysis to understand current real‑estate trends.
- Liaise with tenants and building occupants on leasing and tenancy matters.
- Lead and support the leasing team in executing leasing plans.
Required profile
- Degree in Real Estate, Business or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail leasing; RES License preferred.
- Proven track record in marketing and leasing of retail properties.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
- Ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
