Leasing Manager (Shopping Mall)

About the role

Our client, a reputable REIT with a strong global presence, is seeking a Leasing Manager to drive occupancy and rental performance for its retail portfolio across Singapore. You will be responsible for developing leasing strategies, managing tenant relationships, and supporting the overall growth of the shopping mall assets.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and execute strategies to maximise rental income and occupancy rates for the retail portfolio.
• Manage new and existing tenancies, including negotiations and lease administration.
• Conduct market research on competitors, rental benchmarks, and occupancy trends.
• Prepare and maintain occupancy, rental, and budgeting reports.
• Lead business development initiatives to secure new tenants and identify target market segments.
• Support the manager in preparing annual rental budgets, forecasts, and monthly management reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail leasing and marketing.
• Strong understanding of leasing processes, workflows, and tenancy matters.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Proven interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
• Possession of an EAA or RES certification.
