Legal Admin Intern

About the role

This internship supports the Legal team at Univers by handling administrative and research tasks related to contracts, intellectual property, and corporate governance. It offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving decarbonisation technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with contract review and drafting, including proofreading and tidying up draft policies or guidelines.
• Support intellectual property matters such as trademark and patent‑related tasks.
• Conduct research on legal issues and corporate governance as needed.
• Create presentation and training slides for the Legal team.
• Maintain and update the legal resources portal and document repositories.
• Organise storage of contractual documents in the electronic database.
• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Legal team and handle ad‑hoc duties.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor of Laws or a related legal degree.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Positive, energetic attitude and capability to work both independently and within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications.
