Legal AI Advisor - APAC

About the role

Relativity, a legal data intelligence company behind the AI cloud platform RelativityOne, is expanding its Singapore team and on-the-ground presence in Asia. The Legal AI Advisor is a practising or former lawyer who helps customers understand, adopt and realise value from Relativity's AI platform and claiR, its conversational AI experience for lawyers. The role reports to the Director, Legal AI Transformation in Asia, with a dotted line to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting in the United States, and focuses on driving lawyer adoption of AI at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with lawyers across law firms, corporate legal teams, service providers and public sector organisations, acting as a credible peer
• Partner with Pre-Sales Engineers and Account Executives on discovery, positioning and solution alignment, and lead product demonstrations
• Support onboarding, training and ongoing engagement, working with Customer Success Managers to turn adoption into growth
• Give structured feedback to Product Marketing, Product and Engineering on customer needs, usability and adoption barriers
• Translate complex AI capabilities into practical insights for legal professionals and help customers understand how claiR and aiR fit their practice areas

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer admitted and in good standing to practise in at least one EMEA or APAC jurisdiction, with an active practising licence
• 3+ years of experience practising law at a law firm and/or in-house legal team; litigation experience preferred
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and first-hand knowledge of litigation and regulatory investigations workflows
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage legal and executive audiences
• Curiosity about AI and comfort in cross-functional, fast-moving environments

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR
• Preferred: client-facing experience in client advisory, legal technology or business development
