Legal Associate – Litigation (Entry Level)

About the role

Ling Law Corporation is seeking a Singapore‑qualified Legal Associate to join its litigation practice. This entry‑level role offers early exposure to case strategy, court advocacy and high‑value disputes across a variety of sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse evidence and develop case strategy.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, affidavits, submissions and correspondence.
• Participate in client conferences, witness preparation and negotiations.
• Prepare for and attend hearings, trials, mediations and court appearances.

Required profile

• Genuine interest in litigation and contentious work.
• Clear thinking, strong writing ability and meticulous attention to detail.
• Curiosity, good judgment and a commitment to high‑quality output.
• Dependable, receptive to feedback and comfortable using digital and AI tools.
