Legal Consultant – Employment

About the role

We are looking for experienced employment lawyers to join Axiom’s APAC team and support Fortune 500 clients on a range of HR‑related legal matters. The role involves providing expert advice, drafting key documents and helping resolve disputes across Singapore and the broader APAC region.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal support to APAC HR functions and advise on employment‑related matters.
• Offer subject‑matter expertise on employee relations, workplace policies, terminations and compliance with labour laws.
• Draft, review and negotiate employment contracts, severance agreements and other employment‑related documents.
• Assist in resolving employment disputes, including handling grievances, mediations and representing the company in litigation.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in employment law, preferably from law firms, corporates or financial institutions.
• Excellent communication skills.
