Legal Consultant – Technology

About the role

We are looking for a Legal Consultant with technology experience to advise Fortune‑500 clients on a wide range of tech‑related legal matters. The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience handling e‑commerce, cloud, FinTech and other technology products, either in private practice or in‑house. Familiarity with data‑privacy regulations is a plus.

Key responsibilities

• Work side‑by‑side with legal and business teams of F500 clients to support company goals.
• Provide practical commercial legal advice in a fast‑moving environment.
• Draft, review, negotiate and advise on licensing, software development, services, IT outsourcing and SaaS agreements.
• Advise on legal issues related to the development, implementation and use of technology products.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience advising on technology‑related legal matters.
• Background in private practice or in‑house legal teams.
• Exposure to data‑privacy regulations is beneficial but not essential.
