Legal Counsel

About the role

AUX Group Singapore is expanding its business and needs a Legal Counsel to support local operations, distributor partnerships and commercial activities. The role involves providing comprehensive legal advice and ensuring compliance with regional regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and revise contracts to protect the company’s legal and commercial interests.
• Provide legal advice on corporate governance, day‑to‑day operations and regulatory matters affecting cross‑regional activities.
• Support dispute resolution and litigation management by developing strategies to mitigate legal risks.
• Liaise with external counsel and regulatory authorities to ensure alignment with the company’s interests.
• Conduct in‑depth legal research and deliver timely opinions on policy changes and regulatory developments.
• Assist department heads in creating legal processes, guidelines and templates to improve operational efficiency.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

Required profile

• Singapore citizen or PR; fluent in Chinese and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong knowledge of contract, corporate and regulatory matters.
• Experience in dispute resolution and litigation management.
• Excellent communication, legal research and analytical skills.
• Good command of English; Mandarin is an advantage.
