职位概况

我们诚邀一位资深法务，全面负责集团在东南亚区域的法务合规与商务风控工作，直接向集团总经理汇报，办公地点可设于新加坡或马来西亚新山。

主要职责

主导工业用地获取、园区联合开发、合资合作及与头部云厂商、企业客户的长期框架协议谈判，制定法律策略并把控关键条款。
搭建并持续优化适配东南亚IDC行业的标准化合同体系，负责重大合同的起草、审核、履约跟踪及归档。
研究当地土地法、投资促进政策、建筑消防、数据保护、雇佣及外汇税收等法规，协调项目许可、外商直接投资备案及政府事务。
支持跨境项目融资、资产收购、股权转让的尽职调查与交割，处理建设纠纷、客户索赔、供应商争议、雇佣与知识产权诉讼。
从零搭建本地法务团队，制定角色职责、审批矩阵及工作流程，提供风险仪表盘与合规培训材料。
为投资、工程、运营、销售及人力资源等部门提供前瞻性法律建议，确保项目规划合规。

任职要求

具备丰富的法务合规与商务风险管理经验，熟悉东南亚（尤其是泰国、马来西亚）相关法律法规。
能够独立主导大型商务谈判及跨境项目融资、并购等工作。
有搭建或管理法务团队的经验，具备优秀的沟通协调能力。

必备技能

精通合同法、公司法、投资法及数据保护法规。
熟悉跨境并购、项目融资及争议解决流程。
