Legal Intern (Temporary)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Legal Intern to join our Legal Services Department on a short‑term basis. The role involves providing administrative support for contract management, ensuring documents are accurate, organized and readily accessible during a two‑week project.

Key responsibilities

• Review existing UK contracts and extract key information for the contract index.
• Prepare, update and maintain the contract index to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Verify that contract documents are complete, properly organized and accurately described.
• Organize and maintain electronic contract records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with general contract administration and document management tasks.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Legal Services Department.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a diploma or bachelor’s degree in law (or equivalent).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Capable of working independently and meeting project deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications.

What we offer

• Monthly stipend of SGD 600–1000.
• Temporary engagement of approximately two weeks, extendable up to one month if required.
