Axiom is looking for a Legal Operations Manager to join its fast‑growing team and work with a top‑rated client in Singapore. The role focuses on optimizing legal processes and driving technology adoption across the legal department.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, document, and optimize legal processes to drive efficiency and harmonization.
• Translate business needs into scalable workflows and technology requirements.
• Drive change management, training, and communications to ensure tool adoption.
• Assist with maintaining tools and processes within the operations team.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align priorities and enable adoption.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in legal operations, project management, or business operations.
• Strong project‑management skills with experience delivering complex initiatives.
• Ability to engage, align, and influence stakeholders across levels and functions.
• A data‑driven, analytical mindset with experience creating dashboards and KPIs.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and change‑management capabilities.
