Legal, Procurement and Contracts Executive

About the role

Centrum Solutions, a multimodal logistics and freight‑forwarding provider, is looking for a Legal, Procurement and Contracts Executive to manage its procurement activities, commercial contract administration and routine legal documentation. You will act as a bridge between management, operations, sales, finance, vendors and external advisers.

Key responsibilities

• Source, evaluate and onboard suppliers, carriers and service providers.
• Prepare RFQs, quotation‑comparison reports, purchase orders and negotiate commercial terms.
• Monitor supplier performance, contract compliance and pricing.
• Draft, review and maintain standard commercial agreements such as freight‑forwarding, transportation, overseas‑agent and vendor contracts.
• Ensure contracts include appropriate payment, liability, insurance and dispute‑resolution clauses.
• Coordinate internal approvals, manage contract amendments, renewals and terminations.
• Maintain a central contract register and approved vendor list.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in procurement, contract administration and legal documentation within logistics or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of commercial terms, risk assessment and compliance requirements.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple internal functions and external parties.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
