About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Lifeguard to join the team at The Palawan @ Sentosa, a vibrant beach destination on Sentosa Island, Singapore. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests across swimming and recreational areas.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor swimming zones and beach areas to promptly identify potential hazards.
- Enforce safety rules and security measures for all visitors.
- Perform rescue operations and administer first aid when required.
- Communicate clearly and courteously with guests to promote a safe environment.
- Document and report incidents accurately and handle them professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a secure and welcoming atmosphere.
Required profile
- Valid Bronze Medallion certificate.
- Enthusiasm for sports and recreation to engage visitors.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Proactive attitude in identifying and addressing safety needs.
Required skills
- Bronze Medallion certification for lifeguarding duties.
