Locum Clinical Research Physician

About the role

Lilly is seeking a qualified Locum Clinical Research Physician to join its Singapore clinical research unit. The role involves direct medical oversight of clinical trial participants, ensuring safety and compliance with study protocols while delivering high‑quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Obtain informed consent from trial participants and volunteers.
• Screen potential participants for eligibility.
• Provide medical supervision of study implementation in line with the protocol.
• Monitor safety of participants both as in‑patients in the Clinical Research Unit and as out‑patients.
• Manage and report adverse events and intercurrent illnesses.
• Assist and, when necessary, lead responses to medical emergencies.

Required profile

• Registered Physician in Singapore.
• Current BCLS or equivalent certification.

Required skills

• General medical knowledge.
• Experience with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and the design, conduct, and reporting of clinical trials.
