QA Technical Specialist

About the role

The QA Technical Specialist provides technical expertise to support quality functions, leads auditor resource management, and ensures compliance with regulatory and quality requirements across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Write and update SOPs, work instructions, and on‑the‑job training documents.
• Conduct investigations, produce root‑cause reports, and evaluate corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and execute skill matrices, training plans, and manage resource availability for production and projects.
• Perform block stock containment verification, CAPA follow‑up, and complaint sample failure analysis.
• Maintain inspection forms and quality records for lot traceability.
• Design measurement systems, program jigs, conduct MSA, and troubleshoot measurement equipment.
• Lead quality committees, coordinate cross‑departmental activities, and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in quality assurance within a regulated environment.
• Ability to write and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and training documentation.
• Strong investigative skills for root‑cause analysis and CAPA management.
• Proven capability to manage auditor resources and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Commitment to adhering to company ethics and quality standards.
