Logistic Analyst

About the role

Flex is seeking a Logistic Analyst to support product workflow and logistics planning for its manufacturing operations in Kallang, Singapore. The role focuses on researching, developing, and optimizing logistics processes to enhance production, distribution, and inventory management.

Key responsibilities

• Track product shipments and coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
• Conduct cost and benefit analysis, budgeting, and preparation of logistics performance reports.
• Research logistics data using data mining, modeling, and other analytical methods.
• Develop and maintain logistics databases, freight rate databases, and forecasting models.
• Write and revise standard operating procedures for logistics processes.
• Recommend improvements to existing logistics operations and monitor industry trends.
• Define packaging requirements and compute reporting metrics such as on‑time delivery rates.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics operations, data analysis, and process optimization.
• Ability to interpret logistics data related to supply‑chain management, transportation, and supplier management.
