About the role
Toll Group, a Japan Post group company with 16,000 team members and 500 sites across 27 markets, is hiring a logistic assistant in Singapore. The role supports daily warehouse operations, handling goods received, put-away, picking and dispatch, and keeping basic records.
Key responsibilities
- Receive goods and check their quantity and condition
- Put away items to the correct storage location
- Pick items based on orders
- Check items before packing and dispatch, and pack goods properly for delivery
- Support loading and unloading of trucks
- Update basic records in the system or paperwork
- Follow warehouse safety and work instructions
- Support daily warehouse operations as assigned
Required profile
- Valid forklift licence
- Entitlement to work in Singapore
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment checks, including a criminal history check and medical
- Openness to learning and to applying even if you do not meet every requirement
