Logistics Administrator

About the role

The Logistics Administrator will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, manage documentation, and support warehouse operations across Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor inbound/outbound shipments and local transport.
• Prepare logistics documents such as delivery orders, invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update system transactions promptly.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, transport providers, suppliers, and customers on schedules and delivery status.
• Support warehouse activities including stock receiving, issuance, reconciliation, and periodic inventory audits.
• Generate weekly and monthly logistics reports and address customer inquiries related to deliveries.
• Process supplier invoices, create and manage purchase orders, and ensure compliance with corporate policies and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher NITEC in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1‑3 years of logistics coordination, warehousing, or supply chain administration experience (fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are welcome).
• Knowledge of import/export shipping documentation and local transport coordination.
• Familiarity with warehouse receiving, issuing, stock count, and inventory control processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with ERP systems; hands‑on SAP is an advantage.
