Logistics Analyst 3

About the role

Micron Technology, Inc., a global leader in memory and storage solutions, is hiring a Logistics Analyst 3 in Singapore. The role covers transportation management, supply chain analysis, cost optimization, order fulfillment tracking, reporting, import/export compliance and data management within logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Transportation management: monitor inbound and outbound shipments, analyze freight costs and carrier performance, track shipment delays and optimize routes and modes (air, ocean, road, rail)
• Supply chain analysis: analyze logistics data and KPIs, identify trends and bottlenecks, support network optimization and conduct root cause analysis of service failures
• Cost optimization: find cost-saving opportunities, analyze freight spend and budget, support carrier contract reviews and rate negotiations, and track savings from consolidation, mode shifts and process improvements
• Order fulfillment: monitor delivery status, resolve shipment issues at customs and service providers and ensure orders show as fulfilled
• Reporting: develop dashboards and reports on on-time delivery, freight cost per unit, transit time, inventory turns, warehouse productivity and carrier performance
• Import/export and compliance: monitor shipment security and compliance, follow customs regulations, support risk mitigation and business continuity, and manage audit findings
• Data management: maintain logistics data in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), use BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Excel, support system enhancements and leverage AI to analyze data and build reports

Required profile

• Degree in supply chain or logistics, or minimum degree with at least 5 years of logistics experience
• Hand-on import/export control experience in semiconductor industries preferred
• Ability to work with international and global logistics service providers
• Professional certifications in customs, tradeNet, DG handling or trade compliance are an advantage

• Strong analytical skills, able to view issues from both shipper and service provider perspectives
• Good articulation and presentation skills
• Tech-savvy, with basic ability to use AI tools
