Logistics Assistant

About the role

Toll Group, a Japan Post group company with 16,000 team members and 500 sites across 27 markets, is hiring a Logistics Assistant in Singapore. The role supports daily warehouse operations, ensuring goods are handled in a timely, accurate and safe way. Candidates who do not meet every requirement but have similar skills and are willing to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse operations to ensure timely, accurate and safe handling of goods
• Pick, pack and dispatch goods according to order requirements
• Operate a forklift safely for loading, unloading and stock movement
• Receive goods, check quantities and condition of inbound shipments
• Maintain proper inventory storage and location accuracy
• Follow warehouse 5S standards and workplace safety, health and compliance procedures
• Support cycle counts, stock checks and general housekeeping
• Assist with ad-hoc warehouse tasks assigned by the supervisor

Required profile

• Entitlement to work in Singapore
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment checks, including a criminal history check and medical
• Similar skills and willingness to learn, even if past experience does not match perfectly
