Logistics Coordinator

About the role

PSA BDP is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage daily export and import shipment execution. The role involves booking freight, preparing documentation, and ensuring regulatory compliance for a diverse customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process shipment orders from customers.
• Book freight with nominated carriers following the customer’s carrier routine guide.
• Provide quotations for warehousing, transportation, and documentation services.
• Coordinate with truckers to move empty containers to customer premises and launch loaded containers to port.
• Prepare permits, applications, declarations, and letters of credit.
• Compile final shipping documents and monitor their clearance.
• Ensure compliance with customs and trade regulations.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field (advantageous).
• 1‑2 years of sea‑operations experience preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with SAP, logistics software and MS Office is a plus.
• Strong communication, coordination and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
