Logistics Customer Support & Relations Specialist

About the role

The Logistics Customer Support and Relations role is a full‑time position based in Singapore, offering a hybrid work arrangement. You will be the primary point of contact for customers regarding logistics, delivery timelines, and order status, ensuring responses are timely, accurate, and professional.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries related to shipment tracking, delivery schedules, and order status.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to resolve transport and distribution issues.
• Update logistics systems, maintain clear documentation, and monitor service performance.
• Proactively communicate potential delays or changes to customers and dealers.
• Support continuous process improvements to boost customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations and uphold service standards.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and relationship‑management abilities.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or transport coordination, including shipment tracking and order management.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and within cross‑functional teams.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent practical experience.
