Logistics Executive – Order Management (SGD 3,500‑4,500/month)

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Executive to manage end‑to‑end order processing for our customers in Singapore. This contract position involves coordinating shipments, updating systems, and ensuring smooth order fulfilment while adhering to company SOPs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full order lifecycle from receipt to delivery.
• Review and process customer orders accurately according to policies.
• Plan shipment schedules, coordinate loading, and book carriers.
• Maintain order data in the ERP system and ensure timely updates.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Monitor shipment status, handle changes, and resolve delays.
• Verify packing lists against orders and close orders in the system.
• Track performance metrics and support process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in order processing or supply‑chain functions.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in a planning or scheduling role is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems for order management.
