About the role
Inchcape Shipping Services is a global provider of marine services with a vision to create a connected world where customers can trade successfully. We are seeking a Logistics Intern in Singapore to assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking shipments, while supporting inventory monitoring and process improvement initiatives. The role will involve working closely with cross‑functional teams such as procurement, warehouse, export & import operations and customer service to ensure accurate logistics documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Help monitor inventory levels and prepare stock movement reports.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks and suggesting solutions.
- Maintain accurate logistics documentation and update internal systems.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including procurement, warehouse, export & import operations, and customer service.
