Logistics Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Manager to lead daily logistics and supply chain operations at our Singapore location. The role is responsible for coordinating inventory, warehousing, transportation and distribution activities to ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery of goods.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and oversee daily logistics and supply chain operations.
• Manage inventory, warehousing, transportation and distribution activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor logistics costs and implement cost‑effective operational strategies.
• Supervise warehouse operations and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Develop and improve logistics processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Resolve shipping, delivery and operational issues promptly.
• Lead, train and evaluate the performance of logistics staff.
• Prepare operational reports, analyze logistics data and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and relevant regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in planning and overseeing daily logistics and supply chain operations.
• Strong background in managing inventory, warehousing, transportation and distribution.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers, carriers and internal teams.
• Experience monitoring logistics costs and implementing cost‑saving strategies.
• Leadership experience supervising warehouse operations and logistics personnel.
