Logistics Operation Executive

About the role

The Logistics Operation Executive will support daily inbound and outbound logistics activities across Singapore. You will be the primary point of contact for order processing, customer queries, and coordination between the warehouse and transportation teams.

Key responsibilities

• Perform inbound and outbound logistics operations.
• Process daily orders and ensure accurate documentation.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to shipments and deliveries.
• Provide administrative support to the operations department.
• Handle order fulfilment, warehousing, and transportation coordination.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory checks.
• Work in the warehouse environment and assist with loading/unloading as needed.

Required profile

• Willingness to work a 5.5‑day schedule with alternate Saturdays.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to handle pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize urgent tasks.
• Availability for regular overtime.
• Individuals without prior experience may apply; training will be provided.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use.
