Logistics Operations Analyst

About the role

KLA, which makes inspection tools and metrology systems for the semiconductor industry, is hiring a Logistics Operations Analyst in Singapore. The analyst plays a key part in advancing business priorities within the Global Operations team, which covers manufacturing, supply chain, manufacturing engineering, installation and quality. The role covers warehouse analytics, cost management, space planning, inventory control, process documentation and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and analyse warehouse performance metrics and KPI dashboards, covering inventory accuracy, cycle counts, productivity, storage utilization, inventory aging and service provider performance.
• Prepare monthly logistics performance reports and management presentations, and give data-driven recommendations.
• Monitor warehouse operating expenses, analyse cost trends, support budgeting and forecasting, and validate warehousing and 3PL service charges.
• Monitor warehouse space utilization, run capacity planning analyses and support expansion, consolidation and layout improvements.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, support cycle counts, audits and physical inventory, and maintain inventory governance procedures.
• Review warehouse processes, map workflows, recommend standardization and best practices, and take part in automation and digitalization projects.
• Develop, review and update SOPs, work instructions and operational guidelines, and coordinate process change implementation.
• Maintain Known Consignor Regime (KCR) documentation, support ISO quality management system documentation and audits, and coordinate corrective actions from audit findings.
• Analyze 3PL performance trends, support business reviews with logistics service providers and track improvements.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Operations, Materials Planning, Procurement, Finance and Quality teams, and act as the main contact for warehouse analytics, reporting, documentation and compliance.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Operations Management or a related discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing or inventory control.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management principles, and understanding of ISO and compliance requirements.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), SAP and reporting tools preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, project coordination and stakeholder management, and good written and verbal communication.
