Logistics Specialist – Delivery Operations

About the role

The Logistics Specialist is responsible for delivering customers' products while complying with commercial driving regulations and safety standards. This role ensures timely deliveries, proper handling of goods, and adherence to environmental and health‑safety policies.

Key responsibilities

• Perform delivery of goods to customer sites, ensuring schedules are met and safety regulations are followed.
• Assist with loading and unloading of products, and pick and pack items for dispatch.
• Verify and complete all required documentation for each load, reporting any discrepancies to the immediate superior.
• Conduct basic vehicle maintenance, complete checklists, and use personal protective equipment as required.
• Handle delicate and sensitive products with care, and follow waste segregation and housekeeping procedures.
• Adhere to company policies, health & safety rules, and environmental protection guidelines.

Required profile

• GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent secondary education.
• Minimum of one year of commercial driving experience.
• Valid Class 4 driving licence.
• Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines and manage time efficiently.
