Logistics Specialist – Delivery Driver

About the role
The Logistics Specialist is responsible for delivering customers' products safely and on schedule while complying with commercial driving regulations. This role involves handling goods, completing required paperwork, and ensuring a high level of care for delicate items.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver goods to customer sites according to the agreed schedule.
- Assist with loading and unloading of merchandise.
- Pick, pack, and prepare items for dispatch.
- Verify all documentation related to each load and report discrepancies.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance and complete pre‑trip checklists.
- Handle delicate and sensitive products with utmost care.
- Follow safety, environmental, and waste‑segregation procedures.
- Suggest improvements to management systems and adhere to company policies.
Required profile
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level or secondary education.
- At least one year of driving experience.
- Valid Class 4 driving licence.
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
- Commitment to safety, environmental protection, and company standards.
