Low Code Engineer (OutSystems / Mendix)

About the role

Kyndryl is looking for a Low Code Developer with experience in OutSystems and/or Mendix to design, build and enhance enterprise applications that support business transformation initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects and delivery teams to deliver scalable, high-quality low-code solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement application components using OutSystems, Mendix or similar low-code platforms
• Translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions based on design specifications
• Create and maintain technical documentation, design artefacts and implementation records
• Perform unit testing and ensure components are production- and integration-ready
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects found during testing and post-production support
• Present developed features during sprint reviews, playback sessions and stakeholder demonstrations

Required profile

• 3-6 years of experience in application development
• Hands-on experience with OutSystems, Mendix or other low-code platforms
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Experience with REST APIs, web services and SQL databases
• Unit testing, defect resolution and application support experience
• Preferred: OutSystems and/or Mendix certifications, and experience with enterprise-scale applications and integrations

Required skills

• Preferred: Microsoft Azure, AWS or Google Cloud Platform
• Preferred: CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Preferred: JavaScript, HTML, CSS.NET or Java
• Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills
