Low-Code Engineer (Power Platform)

About the role

Kyndryl is hiring a Low-Code Engineer in Singapore who helps organisations accelerate digital transformation by designing, building and supporting business applications and workflow automations with Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies. The role works closely with business stakeholders, citizen developers and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain low-code applications and automation with Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
• Gather, analyse and document requirements with stakeholders and turn them into scalable digital solutions.
• Create process maps, solution designs, integrations and technical documentation in line with governance, security and quality standards.
• Support system testing, UAT, troubleshooting and continuous improvement of applications and workflows.
• Coach and train citizen developers and review their solutions as a trusted advisor.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills, and a customer-focused, collaborative approach.

Required skills

• Preferred: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, APIs, data integration, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Azure, SDLC, Agile, CI/CD, citizen development support.
• Certifications preferred: PL-900, PL-100, PL-400, UiPath RPA Associate or Developer.
