Luxury Yacht Crew Talent Pool – Singapore

About the role

Marina Bay Sands is building a talent pool of experienced professionals for its luxury yacht operations based in Singapore. The pool will feed future full‑time positions on high‑end hospitality charter yachts, offering the chance to work with high‑profile guests in a prestigious setting.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver world‑class service to passengers aboard luxury charter yachts.
• Maintain safety, navigation and operational standards in line with maritime regulations.
• Coordinate with crew members across deck, engineering, hospitality and culinary departments.
• Ensure the yacht’s appearance and amenities meet the brand’s luxury standards.
• Participate in rotational schedules, typically three weeks on‑board followed by two weeks off.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury yacht, cruise ship or high‑end hospitality environments.
• Valid STCW certification.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Mature, meticulous, resourceful and able to work independently under pressure.
• Ability to travel worldwide without visa restrictions and willingness to relocate to Singapore.
