About the role
We are seeking an experienced Maid Agency Specialist (KAH) to join our team on a part‑time basis. This position is primarily work‑from‑home, requiring office visits only for scheduled appointments or helper deployments.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule appointments between clients and domestic helpers.
- Manage the deployment process of helpers, ensuring smooth handovers.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and helper assignments.
- Provide timely support and information to clients regarding service options and regulations.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a maid‑agency or domestic‑helper placement environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with Singapore’s domestic‑helper regulations and procedures.
