About the role

We are looking for a motivated Maid Specialist and Consultant to join our team and support Singapore families in finding suitable domestic workers.

Key responsibilities

Recruit maids for Singapore employers
Gather and study client requirements
Browse maid biodata to identify suitable candidates
Conduct video interviews with maids
Handle administrative work for maids
Maintain relationships with overseas recruiters and employers
Provide counseling to helpers

Required profile

Strong drive to succeed in placement of maids
Energetic and proactive with good communication skills
Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
