Maintenance Technician

About the role

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the hands‑on upkeep of our industrial facility in Pasir Panjang. You will ensure that all building systems operate safely and efficiently, supporting continuous production and a comfortable work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain and repair HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, electrical, generator and lighting systems.
• Carry out preventive maintenance programmes and respond to emergency breakdowns.
• Coordinate with external contractors for repair and preventive works.
• Inspect facilities regularly, report irregularities and keep accurate maintenance records.
• Manage inventory of parts, consumables and spare items.
• Perform minor concrete patching, crack sealing, plastering, tiling, grouting and wall reinstatement after M&E works.
• Apply sealants (silicone, PU) and execute basic electrical and plumbing tasks such as replacing fittings, switches, sockets and sanitary accessories.

Required profile

• Minimum NTC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience in building or facilities maintenance.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Capable of interpreting electrical drawings and diagrams.
