Project Manager – Interior Fit‑out

About the role

Join a leading system‑furniture company in the interior design and fit‑out industry as a Project Manager. You will work with passionate professionals to transform spaces, ensure project profitability and maintain high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall project management, planning, control and execution, including budget evaluation and profitability analysis.
• Administer site works, contract administration, delivery management and progress monitoring to ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Prepare tender documents, draft project schedules, construction methodology, site utilisation plans and assist in awarding contracts.
• Maintain client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle and pursue new business opportunities.
• Perform any ad‑hoc duties assigned by senior management.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management, preferably in interior fit‑outs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Independent work style and willingness to work weekends when necessary.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
