Management Associate

About the role
The Management Associate will support the day‑to‑day operations of a busy restaurant outlet, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and smooth service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain an attractive and orderly appearance of the outlet.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Monitor and replenish supplies and stock for daily operations.
- Assist in restaurant operations to drive high guest satisfaction.
- Communicate promotions and relevant information to all staff.
- Contribute ideas to improve operational efficiency, customer service and revenue.
- Perform any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the company.
Required profile
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Friendly, positive attitude with a team‑oriented mindset.
- Passion for the food & beverage industry.
- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.
- PC literate, well‑organized and self‑motivated.
