Management Associate Programme 2027 - Technology and AI & Data Science

About the role

DBS is offering a 12-month graduate programme for 2027 entry, designed to nurture the next generation of leaders through its Triple E framework. The programme combines on-the-job experience on challenging projects, structured training in banking fundamentals and soft skills, and mentorship from senior leaders. It is open to candidates in the Technology track and the AI & Data Science track, with possible rotations within units or direct placement into roles.

Key responsibilities

• Technology track: work with engineers, architects, product teams and technology specialists to deliver secure, scalable solutions, across five domains: Application Development and Support, DevOps and Site-Reliability Engineering, Information and Cybersecurity, Data Engineering and AI/ML, and Infrastructure and Cloud.
• AI & Data Science track: work with data scientists, data translators, analysts and engineers on advanced analytics, AI/ML and generative AI, including building GenAI and agentic AI solutions, ensuring responsible AI standards, developing machine learning and deep learning models, applying MLOps and deployment practices, and learning through community workshops.

Required profile

• Technology track: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline; foundational understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript); strong interest in technology and willingness to learn new tools.
• AI & Data Science track: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Analytics, AI, Computer Science or a related discipline; good understanding of data structures, algorithms and programming; knowledge of machine learning, LLMs, generative AI and AI agents; familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph or Google ADK is advantageous.
• Both tracks: good analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
