Management Executive – Restaurant Operations

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our restaurant team as Management Executives. This hands‑on programme rotates you through key front‑of‑house positions, giving you a 360° view of daily operations and preparing you for future managerial responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and host guests, delivering service that meets company standards.
• Take orders, serve dishes efficiently, and ensure quality, cleanliness, and hygiene.
• Operate the reservation and table‑management system, handling bookings, amendments, and cancellations.
• Manage front‑desk duties, including calls, emails, and customer records in the CRM.
• Use the POS system for order entry, bill closing, daily cash‑out, and petty‑cash handling.
• Plan and supervise part‑time staff rosters, performance records, and event execution.
• Maintain inventory of alcohol and beverages, conduct month‑end stock‑takes, and report to headquarters.
• Communicate across departments, manage official email accounts, and uphold SOPs and safety standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business or related field (preferred).
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of F&B experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
